辦理依據
《取得國家法律職業資格的臺灣居民在大陸從事律師職業管理辦法》（2008年司法部令第115號發布） 第六條 臺灣居民申請律師執業，由設區的市級或者直轄市的區（縣）司法行政機關受理申請，并進行初審，報省、自治區、直轄市司法行政機關審核，作出是否準予執業的決定。具體許可程序，根據《律師法》和《律師執業管理辦法》的規定辦理。
